At LOSTBORO, every product is made and packed carefully for our customers.

Since our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • personal preference

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • wrong item
  • printing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue
  • package photos

  • a replacement product

  • suitable resolution depending on the issue.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer size exchanges.

Please review sizing carefully before ordering.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where:

  • replacement is not possible
  • the wrong product was delivered and cannot be replaced
  • the order is lost in transit

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
